you can catch ALILAGUNA BLUE LINE from the Airport to San Zaccaria water bus stop. From there it's about 5 minutes walking to our hotel. ( there is a video in our internet page with directions from there to our hotel )

the bed's position depends about the kind of room. We usually have double beds which can become 2 separate beds in every room, as per request of the guest. Yes, there is the possibility to drop the luggage at the hotel before check in.

the best way is getting a private water taxi , the cost would be around Euros 70, 00 . The alternative is getting a public water bus to Rialto Bridge and then walking x 10 minutes to our hotel.
The standars quadruple room is one room x 4 people, with private bathroom.
We also have a second quarduple room composed by a room x 3 and a single room with 1 single bed.

Hi, we have an elevator till the 3rd floor and no problems for the allergy, our rooms are always cleaned and used Ozono every time someone had left them... Anyway of course we have rooms that haven't had pets in them..

private water taxi from the Airport dock (5 minutes walk from the airport) to Santa Maria Formosa, a small square located 3 minutes walk from the hotel: about 30' trip, about 150,00 Euro (up to 4 people) for the ride.

Best way from the Airport is catching a private water taxi ( Euros 130/140 and 25 minutes till our hotel ) otherwise you can get the public ALILAGUNA boat to Hospital sto and then walk x 10 minutes to our hotel. (50 min by boat and 15 euros x person)

from the train station it's about 30/40 minutes walking. It would be better if you catch the water bus number 2 till Rialto Bridge stop ( 10 mminutes ) and then walk for about 8 minutes till our hotel.

Yes, all our rooms have tea facilities. You can also ask for some coffee at the front desk whenever you like it, but the coffee is not for free like the tea inside the rooms.
Hello, the only parking area in the historic center of Venice is at the end of the long bridge "Ponte della Libertà" which connects the city to the mainland. Our hotel is approximately 40 minutes (30' public waterbus + 10' walking) from this area.
